It is our goal to add new inventory weekly, the website will reflect current inventory. When an item is depleted it will no longer be visible on the site, and you will not be able to add it to your cart. If you are local, and see something you would like to have set aside to try until you can make it to the store, you can email or call us (615)757-3274, and we will hold that item no longer than 48 hours.
Orders will ship within 2 business days of order receipt and payment confirmation. Order status will be communicated through email, so please be sure to provide an email address. Your email address will NEVER be sold or provided to a third party. Free shipping is offered to all orders over $50.00.
Should you find an item you previously viewed out of stock when ready to order, please send product details to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see the availability of that item. Sometimes, once in a while, it is possible to order something we have sold out of.
We do our best to describe the fit of each apparel item on the site, because ordering online can be tricky. This information is given to be helpful in your decision of which size to choose, which unfortunately is not the same fit on every item. Should you need to return an item; they need to be in their original condition, with all original tags attached, also must be smoke/deodorant/perfume free, as well as unworn and unwashed.
Returns for non defective merch - A request for a return must be received by HL, LLC within 5 days of receipt. No exceptions. Items must then be returned to HL, LLC within 5 days of issue of RMA. Shipping is NON REFUNDABLE both ways. Any returns after the 5 day window are subject to store credit or no refund, decision made at our discretion.
Returns for defective merch - A request for a return must be received by HL, LLC within 5 days of receipt. Items must then be returned to HL, LLC within 5 days of issue of RMA. Defective merchandise will be replaced with same style or will have store credit issued to account. Shipping is non refundable on the return, however shipping of replacement item will be waived.
