It is our goal to add new inventory weekly, the website will reflect current inventory. When an item is depleted it will no longer be visible on the site, and you will not be able to add it to your cart. Also, adding an item to your cart does not hold that item. If you are local, and see something you would like to have set aside to try until you can make it to the store, you can email (email@example.com) or call us (615)757-3274, and we will hold that item no longer than 48 hours. (There are exceptions, certain items cannot be placed on hold.)
Orders will ship within 2 open business days of order receipt and payment confirmation. Order status will be communicated through email, so please be sure to provide an email address. Your email address will NEVER be sold or provided to a third party. Free shipping is offered to all orders over $75.00.
We do our best to describe the fit of each apparel item on the site, because ordering online can be tricky. This information is given to be helpful in your decision of which size to choose, which unfortunately is not the same fit on every item. Should you need to return an item; they need to be in their original condition, with all original tags attached, also must be smoke/deodorant/perfume & ODOR free, as well as unworn and unwashed. We do have the right to refuse a returned item based on the condition for which it is returned.
Returns for non defective merch - A request for a return must be received by HL, LLC within 5 days of receipt. No exceptions. Items must then be returned to HL, LLC within 5 days of issue of RMA. Shipping is NON REFUNDABLE both ways. Once approved return is made, an exchange or store credit will be issued. (Due to the extreme costs to us as a small business - No refunds will be issued, ONLY STORE CREDIT). Any returns after the 5 day window are subject to restocking fee or refusal, decision made at our discretion.
Returns for defective merch - A request for a return must be received by HL, LLC within 5 days of receipt. Items must then be returned to HL, LLC within 5 days of issue of RMA. Defective merchandise will be replaced with same style or will have store credit issued to account. Shipping is non refundable on the return, however shipping of replacement item will be waived.
